PEAK Initiative
The University describes PEAK (Positioned for Excellence, Alignment and Knowledge) as a “strategic initiative that transforms how we administer critical services across Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing Communications to increase consistency, find new efficiencies and reduce risk systemwide.”
