About CLA NOW

CLA NOW (News on Wednesday), is a weekly Wednesday e-newsletter that announces CLA-specific deadlines and activities across a number of CLA administration offices and college activities.

The purpose of the CLA NOW E-Newsletter is to relay information to CLA department administrators, staff and financial service teams about deadlines and activities specific to CLA.

The CLA NOW weekly e-newsletter is published via a listserv e-mail and within a weekly blog. The blog is available online (Link to Internal Blog) and includes archives and other searchable features.

Article Submissions

Any University office or employee can submit announcements to CLA NOW. Items are subject to approval and must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Wednesdays. To subscribe to the mailing list and submit items for CLA NOW, please contact Erin Flannery at 4-1008 or erinf@umn.edu.

Google Trainings, Resources, and Links

The University of Minnesota offers a variety of free in-person and online trainings and resources about Google Apps. At the University, Google Apps include: Gmail, Google Chat, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sites.

Free recorded training, resources, and materials on Google Apps can be accessed through the University of Minnesota's Google Apps Learning Space Google Site (Link to Internal Site).
