Hubbard School of Journalism & Mass Communication

I'm the Communications Manager for the Hubbard School. I write and edit the alumni magazine, the Murphy Reporter (circulation 14,000). I manage the School's social media. I communicate with 8,000 alumni via e-newsletters. I write and edit donor communication. I help design and promote School events. I create content for and edit the School's website, while also designing new pages and layouts. 

I have a background in magazine writing and editing; I was the managing editor for more than 10 publications for a decade. I also wrote, edited and managed the internal communication for a technical school. I wrote and edited curriculum and teacher training manuals for the same technical school.
