Jenn Halen is currently a third year PhD student in the Department of Political Science. Her subfields are International Relations and American Politics. She is also working toward a minor at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy. Her research interests include human rights, interest and advocacy organizations, and the effects of new and emerging technologies on society and politics.
