Jenn Halen is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Political Science and a 2018-2019 Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. Her research broadly focuses on the ways that new and emerging technologies influence, and are influenced by, politics. Her dissertation research focuses on the ways in which political actors utilize algorithmic decision-making software in the policy-making process.
