I started as administrative director of the Institute for Global Studies in July 2018, and it is a privilege to be here. Having attended lectures and events sponsored by IGS over the years, I have experienced first-hand the life-changing impact of the Institute’s commitment to connecting “students, scholars, and communities dedicated to social justice, understanding, and transforming our globalized world.”

Prior to joining IGS, I was administrative manager of the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication from 2015-2018; and assistant to the associate dean for faculty in the College of Liberal Arts from 2001-2015. Previous University experience includes eight years assisting in the administration of University dispute resolution processes; and one year supporting collection development and bibliographic support services in University Libraries.

I have extensive knowledge of University and collegiate policies, procedures and governance structures; and I hope I am known for excellent communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills. I bring a commitment to service, collaboration, and excellence to my work, and I am a lifelong learner.
