Derk Renwick is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota's Comparative Literature PhD program, Classical and Near Eastern Studies MA program, and bachelor's degree programs in religious studies and Jewish studies. He is currently serving as the assistant to the associate dean for social sciences in the Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs, College of Liberal Arts. His current research interests include student debt, dialectic, social justice, and experiential pedagogy.
