Elja Roy

Elja Roy Specializes in Media Studies with a focus on Productions and Environmental Communication and how they intersect with artistic movements and social justice. In particular, she looks at ecocinema through production oriented case-studies. Ultimately, her goal is to bring together production-based experience as a field researcher with the broader field of film criticism, especially in terms of environmentally-themed film and film studies, for the sake of making a distinct, experimental, and integral contribution to ecocinema studies,
