I completed my Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Minnesota in 2020. I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Political Science at McMaster University. My book project looks to uncover why countries reform public education, looking at things like party politics, electoral competition, and international factors. At McMaster I am Editorial Assistant for the American Political Science Review. Previously, I had the pleasure of serving as Managing Editor for Comparative Political Studies.
