Carter Meland Finalist for 30th Annual Minnesota Book Award

Interview with Carter Meland, author of Stories for a Lost Child
The Department of American Indian Studies is proud to recognize teaching specialist, Carter Meland as one of 36 finalists to be nominated for the Minnesota Book Award. 
The Minnesota Book Awards is a year-long program that fosters our statewide literary arts community and connects readers and writers throughout Minnesota.The process begins in the fall with book submissions and continues through winter with two rounds of judging. Winners are announced at the annual Minnesota Book Awards Ceremony each spring. The Minnesota Book Awards Ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 21 at the InterContinental Hotel on the Saint Paul Riverfront.
