The Department of Art is pleased to present Anamnesis, an exhibition featuring works by eight artists who are about to complete their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in studio art at the University of Minnesota. Anamnesis explores memories so ingrained that one cannot forget them and intertwines human experiences of vulnerability, identity, and relationships. The artists invite you into a collective reminiscence through painting, drawing, moving images, and photography. Artists in the exhibition include Emilio Escobedo, Ashley Gustafson, Emely Knutson, Laura Light, Jasmine Micah Punzal, Lucy Treat, Paige Turner, and Sheena Vang.
Regis West Gallery spans two floors for the presentation of student exhibitions and community partnerships.

To access the Regis West Gallery, please enter through the Regis Center for Art (East) at 405 21st Avenue South. Take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor and cross over the skyway. Once you depart the skyway, you will on the Regis West Gallery 2nd Floor.

The Regis Center for Art is accessible by U-Card only. Please call 612-624-7530 upon arrival to gain entrance to the galleries through the building's main entrance located on 21st Avenue South directly across from the parking garage.

Accessibility
Regis Center for Art is accessible to visitors who use mobility devices or prefer to avoid stairs. Service animals are welcome in the gallery.
A fully accessible, gender neutral restroom is available on the 2nd floor of the Regis Center for Art (West). To access this restroom, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. As you exit the elevator the restroom will be on the right hand side. Fully accessible gendered restrooms are located on the first floor of Regis West near the front entrance of the building.
