Fabrizio Perri Elected Fellow of the Econometric Society
Congratulations to Fabrizio Perri on the prestigious honor of being elected a Fellow of the Econometric Society.
Dr. Perri is a Monetary Advisor and Deputy Director of Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and a former faculty member of the University of Minnesota’s Department of Economics. He has made pioneering contributions to research on business cycles, international macroeconomics, and inequality. You can learn more about his work on his Federal Reserve Bank profile.
The Department also extends congratulations to former Minnesota faculty member Nobuhiro Kiyotaki, now at Princeton University, who was elected President of the Econometric Society, and to former Minnesota faculty member Cristina Arellano, now a Monetary Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, who was elected to the Council of the Society.
We also recognize Minnesota faculty member Ellen McGrattan and Minnesota Ph.D. alum Michèle Tertilt for their continuing service on the Council.
