In new video, majors explain how the English degree opens doors

Why did Quynh Vu (above) choose to major in English? In a new video, Vu explains that it was the complex conversations about "windows and mirrors" in literature, and how people see themselves, or don't, in their reading.

Why did Keira Clyborne, a Neuroscience major, add English? "It builds skills—a strong analytical approach, attention to detail, communication—that are advantageous in any career or field," Clyborne says.
