Lili Hall (BA '94, International Relations) is the CEO and President of KNOCK, inc., a Minneapolis-based creative agency she founded in 2001 with a commitment to impeccable client service and a bold vision for what a creative agency could be. Today, KNOCK and its two sister companies, TREAT AND COMPANY and NEIGHBOR, design virtual-to-real brand experiences that build loyalty for clients across retail, healthcare, higher education, technology, and the arts on a national and global scale. Hall has been named one of EY's Entrepreneurial Winning Women, and for six consecutive years KNOCK appeared on Inc. magazine's list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America. But Hall measures success by more than growth and profitability. She is deeply committed to the impact her work makes on communities both at home and around the world.
