GNSD Student Named MN AATG Undergraduate of the Year

Allison Moon, a graduating senior majoring Linguistics and minoring in German and Teaching English as a Second Language, received the Minnesota Chapter of the American Association of Teachers of German (MN AATG) Undergraduate of the Year award. The committee wrote in a congratulatory letter that they were impressed by Allison's academic performance in German courses across multiple levels throughout Allison's undergraduate career at the University of Minnesota. They noted Allison's "ability to use German as a means for building connections between people, whether in a classroom discussion or in your work at the Kunstverein on Rusa-Luxembourg Platz in Berlin."
