Tutors & Translators

The Department of German, Nordic, Slavic & Dutch (GNSD) maintains lists of tutors and translators. Some of the people on the lists are current or former students or instructors in GNSD; these are marked “(dept.).” All tutors, and almost all of the translators, are in the Twin Cities area.

The department does not certify tutors or translators and assumes no responsibility for the quality of translation or of instruction. The agreement reached between you and any tutor or translator is a personal one and should in no way be construed as reflecting departmental policies.
