Dr. J.C. Salyer is an Associate Professor at Barnard College and Staff Attorney for the Arab American Family Support Center. He will be giving the 5th Annual Gudeman Lecture on “Second-Class Noncitizens: Understanding Immigration Enforcement Through a Disability Justice Lens” at 4pm. Register for the Gudeman Lecture here.
