Collaboratory: From Language Students to Duolinguists

Join us as we unpack the skills we gained in language classrooms that we leverage every day as language professionals. We’ll explore how broad understandings of language typology, familiarity with language acquisition, and creativity in language teaching have led us to our positions at Duolingo and how language teachers can build these skills for their students. We’ll also cover how language learners can frame relevant classroom experiences to apply for industry jobs.
