Preparing for Spring 2020 – Instructor Checklist

Instructors: As we approach the end of Fall 2019 and look forward to winter break, now is a great time to prepare for Spring 2020 classes:

• Jones Computer Classrooms: Have you submitted your reservation requests? Space is still available, but popular dates are filling up. Once you submit, review the agenda you receive from lc-staff@umn.edu to confirm that all the dates you were requested were reserved for you, and you are not on the waitlist for any dates. If you are waitlisted, please check the online calendar and consider requesting a different day.

• Streaming Media: Do students have access to the media they need? See what is available on LC Elevator, and submit new digitization requests before you leave for break.

• Studio Space and Technology: Do you need to record digital audio or video for your classes? Submit a reservation request, or just email elsie@umn.edu to get started.
