Our 2025 Graduates Honored at the MGIS Graduation Reception

We celebrated the achievement of our MGIS students who graduated in May 2025 (Emily Bender, Laure Briol, Logan Gall and Kyle Olson) as well as those who will graduate this summer (Andrew Arlt) and fall (Shana Crosson, Greg Kohler, Aleksei Rozanov and Lucy Sageser). The MGIS Graduation Reception was held in the Dale Shephard room of the Campus Club on the fourth floor of Coffman Memorial Union and attended by our graduates, their family and friends, and several faculty members. Everyone enjoyed spectacular views of the Minneapolis skyline and the University of Minnesota campus on a sunny day with a brilliant blue sky while we conversed about our outstanding students. Many of the graduates also attended the Arts, Sciences and Engineering Graduate Student Commencement that same afternoon at Mariucci Arena where they received their masters hoods.
