The University Singers explore the immersive role of music in the Orthodox liturgical tradition in a reflective program, which features works in Church Slavonic and the South Indian language of Malayalam. Master's conductor Vinay Thomas leads Eastern Orthodox choral works by Arvo Pärt, Sergei Rachmaninoff, and John Tavener, along with Thomas's arrangements of two songs based in the Malankara Orthodox tradition.
