Alumna Emma Plehal's Current Activities

Emma Plehal (DMA, 2017, bassoon) works in the communications department for the Minnesota Orchestra. She is a writer and editor of the orchestra's concert program and monthly magazine and also works with the media. She has an active career playing bassoon and contrabassoon and has performed with the Minnesota Orchestra, Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, The Musical Offering chamber ensemble, Des Moines Symphony, and the Illinois Symphony, among others.
