Alumna Jocelyn Hagen's "We Are the Stars" Receives its Premiere
Jocelyn Hagen's (MA, 2006, composition, student of Judith Lang Zaimont) new work "We Are the Stars" was premiered by the Mendelssohn Choir in Pittsburgh, under the direction of Matthew Mehaffey (choral conducting). The premiere was part of the project pioneered by composer/conductor Steve Hackman that featured arrangements of Bob Dylan songs.
