Alumna Sarah Wigley to Present at Minnesota NATS Spring Meeting

Sarah Wigley (BM, 2005, voice), head of the Musical Theater Voice Department at University of Illinois, Champagne/Urbana, will be the featured presenter at Minnesota National Association of Teachers of Singing Spring meeting, Sunday, March 11 from 6:30-8:30 pm in Lloyd Ultan Recital Hall at the U of M School of Music. Co-presenting will be internationally known baritone Nathan Gunn, also on the faculty of University of Illinois and finalist judge for the Schubert Club competition held March 10  and March 11 in Minneapolis. These two experienced artist-teachers will work with finalists from Minnesota NATS 2017 student Music Theater Division auditions.  

The presenters will also address vocal technique "crossover" issues for performers, vocal coaches, independent, and academic vocal instructors. All NATS members, SNATS members, potential members, students, and faculty are welcome to attend free of charge.
