Alumnus Corey Hamm Receives Dorothy Somerset Teaching Award and More
Corey Hamm (DMA 2005, piano, student of Lydia Artymiw) returned to the U of M School of Music on February 12 to present a piano master class and also performed the Prokofiev Third Piano Concerto with the Kenwood Symphony under the direction of Yuri Ivan (DMA, conducting) on February 16 in Minneapolis. He was recently awarded the Dorothy Somerset Teaching Award at the University of British Columbia.
