Alumnus Mark Bilyeu Brings SongSlam to Minnesota

Mark Bilyeu (MM, 2013, collaborative piano and vocal coaching, student of Timothy Lovelace) is featured in the Star Tribune article "Musicians will compete at Minnesota's 'electric' first SongSlam." Bilyeu, artistic director of the Source Song Festival, is bringing SongSlam to Minnesota. SongSlam, featuring 12 composers/performers competing for cash prizes by presenting new art songs, will take place on Thursday, January 11 at 8 pm at Icehouse in Minneapolis.
