Professor Adriana Zabala Performs When Words Collide at University of Texas & More

Adriana Zabala (voice) gave a recital with baritone Andrew Garland and pianist Kelly Kuo at the University of Texas in Austin on February 27, 2019. The program, called When Words Collide featured the music of all American composers, including A Few Words about Chekhov by Dominick Argento. The trio also performed the world premiere of Edie Hill's To A Stranger, to a text of Walt Whitman, and written for Zabala and Garland. The program will be repeated at UC Boulder and the University of Minnesota in the 2019-2020 school year.
