Professor Adriana Zabala Stars in "Doubt" on PBS's "Great Performances"

Adriana Zabala (voice) stars in Minnesota Opera's world premiere production of Doug Cuomo and John Patrick Shanley's opera Doubt on PBS's Great Performances on Friday, January 25 (check your local PBS station listing). Don't miss this adaptation of John Patrick Shanley’s hit 2005 Broadway play and the 2008 film about suspicion leading to a battle of wills at a Bronx Catholic school. 

This first-time collaboration between Stanley and composer Douglas J. Cuomo is a production of the Minnesota Opera New Works Initiative and is directed by Kevin Newbury. The opera stars Grammy Award-winning soprano Christine Brewer as Sister Aloysius, Adriana Zabala as Sister James, Matthew Worth as Father Flynn and Denyce Graves as Mrs. Miller. Learn more.
