Professor Alex Lubet and Alumna Iris Shiraishi Perform Bridging Tomodachi

Alex Lubet (composition) and Iris Shiraishi (PhD, 1994) join NEA Heritage Fellowship winners PJ and Roy Hirabayashi for "Bridging Tomodachi," a performance of traditional Japanese music, compositions by the performers, and music of Bob Dylan/Jimi Hendrix, sponsored by Taiko Arts Midwest. The event will take place on Tuesday, February 20 at 7 pm at the Gremlin Theatre in St. Paul. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Learn more.
