Professor Fernando Meza Performs with the Minnesota Orchestra and More

Fernando Meza (percussion) performed with the Minnesota Orchestra for the world premiere of James Stephenson's Low Brass Concerto as well as for Mahler's Symphony No. 4 under the direction of Osmo Vänskä. The following week, he joined the orchestra during the recording of the Mahler for the BIS record label. Meza will travel to Poland in early July to coach the Orchestra of the Americas as they prepare their third European tour this summer, and will join the Minnesota Orchestra for their London/South Africa tour in August.
