Professor Tom Ashworth's Jazz Quintet to Perform on April 23

Tom Ashworth's (trombone) jazz quintet will perform in Ultan Recital Hall at 3:30 pm on Monday, April 23. Professor Ashworth will be featured on trombone, euphonium, and bass trumpet, along with Brian Grivna on woodwinds, pianist Phil Aaron, Gary Raynor on bass and U of M School of Music faculty member Phil Hey on drums. The quintet enjoys playing a wide variety of Jazz styles, including Dixieland, Swing, Bebop, Blues, and Latin.
