The Crossover Marimba Workshop 2025
A two-day intensive workshop for creative marimbists will be held on June 28-29th, 2025. The program includes workshops and masterclasses on improvisation, genre-crossing, arranging for marimba, practice approaches, media production for marimbists, marimba career paths, and artistic development. Featuring Virtual Guest artist Julie Spencer and in-person guest artists Juan Alamo (Virginia/Puerto Rico), Thor Bremer (Chicago), and Steve Yeager (Minneapolis).
