This award recognizes one faculty member and one staff member who demonstrate outstanding dedication to mentoring, advising, and empowering graduate students in exploring a wide range of career paths.
Awarded by the Office of Research and Graduate Programs (ORGP), the award honors individuals who have made significant contributions in areas such as:
- one-on-one and group mentoring;
- hosting career-related events;
- building connections to networks and alumni;
- collaborating with the CLA Graduate Student Career office;
- promoting positive messaging around career diversity; and
- integrating career support into coursework
