Last week, the college hosted its annual Fall Kickoff at the Weisman Art Museum. This event represented an opportunity for CLA to welcome new and returning faculty, staff, chairs, and directors; to celebrate newly tenured and promoted faculty; and to thank all the members of the community for the many ways in which they live out our mission.
Each of you brings something unique and significant to the College of Liberal Arts. The range of your graduate education, the questions you are asking, and the methodologies you employ adds to the tremendous diversity of our scholarly and creative work. We are delighted you chose the U.
