Dear donors, 

Thank you for your gifts towards our Shattering Expectations campaign. Your investments in our college's mission, whether supporting students, research, or engagement, elevates our work and our positive impact. 

The campaign had been an ambitious goal for faculty and staff giving—$10 million. You responded, and I'm pleased to report that through your generosity this goal was reached 12 months ahead of schedule. That is extraordinary. Thank you for your confidence in CLA's present and future. Your support changes lives, and it is deeply meaningful to other donors and friends of the college. 

I always say that we aim to transform CLA into a destination college for a very defined purpose: to do the most good we can for others. The better we are at our work, the more diverse and inclusive out college community, the more ready our graduates, the greater good we can do. At a time when contributions of the liberal arts are so vital to addressing recurrent and emerging societal concerns, your investment in the work of CLA creates life-changing opportunities for individuals and communities from the local to the global.
