Erika J. Dani
Passionate to create affordable living space and community-led growth, Erika Dani is an emerging expert in real estate development. Before earning a master’s degree in city and regional planning at Rutgers, she served as a leasing agent and case manager in the Twin Cities, helping clients gain meaningful employment and avoid homelessness. Later in New York and New Jersey she managed large-scale capital projects for an affordable housing developer, served in area government, awarding millions in tax credits to such builders, and championed micro-housing. She now works for Artspace, a national leader in developing affordable living and working space for artists.
