What does happiness mean to you?

In her course The Pursuit of Happiness, philosophy professor Valerie Tiberius asks her students to define their personal values, come to terms with the stress in their lives, and do more of what makes them flow and flourish in order to achieve a happy existence. In an interview with Catharine Richert at Minnesota Public Radio, she asks us to explore how we define happiness and how we can reframe our way of thinking about happiness in order to lead happier lives.
