Giving Opportunities
Your gifts to Pillsbury Hall will transform the building into a 21st-century home for scholarship, engagement, and learning. Gifts will:
- Create modern, flexible, and technology-rich environments for students in writing, editing, videography, digital communication, and web-based teaching and learning.
- Dedicate space for literary magazine production to further Tower, the department’s undergraduate magazine, and Great River Review, the oldest literary magazine in Minnesota
- Secure a new home for our Creative Writing Program, ranked in the top 10 nationally
- Create a signature event space for presentations, performances, and readings
- Revitalize the grandeur of the building’s entrance and public spaces to improve accessibility and create a more welcoming gateway to the humanities district and the heart of the campus.
- Provide a home for humanities engagement activities, where campus and community partners will collaborate on solutions to the toughest problems facing our world today
