Department of Political Science Launches International Relations Search

The search is open to both specialty and approach.

The Department of Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in International Relations beginning fall semester 2018 (08/27/18). The department seeks qualified applicants ranging from current Ph.D. candidates to advanced assistant professors.  We especially welcome applications from underrepresented groups.

The search is open with respect to both specialty within the field and approach.  We welcome applications from all areas of focus in international relations, including the international relations of China or East Asia, the Environment, and International Relations Theory.

Appointments will be 100% time over the nine-month academic year (late-August to late-May), and will be made at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor, consistent with collegiate and university policy. Salary is competitive, and dependent on qualifications and experience.
