Professor Jiang receives a 2017 Outstanding Advising and Mentoring Award from the Council of Graduate Students

Prof. Yuhong Jiang received a 2017 Outstanding Advising and Mentoring Award from the Council of Graduate Students (COGS). COGS solicited nominations from students system-wide and received more than forty responses, from which eight winners were chosen.

At the awards ceremony and celebration, the following comments were made concerning Prof. Jiang's work with students:

"During the three years mentored by Yuhong, I feel respected and heard.  She makes me more devoted to the academic career, and I really want to become such a great professor and advisor as Yuhong in the future."
