Drexler James Elected Editorial Fellow for the Psychological Review
We are proud to announce that Drexler James, faculty, has been selected as an Editorial Fellow for the American Psychological Association's (APA) Psychological Review for the January–December 2026 term.
The Editorial Fellowship is a mentored training program designed to develop early-career scholars’ editorial and leadership expertise. Psychological Review is widely regarded as one of the field’s premier journals, recognized for its emphasis on theoretical integration and the synthesis of knowledge across psychological science. James brings prior editorial experience from Psychological Bulletin, where he completed an Editorial Fellowship in 2025 and will serve as a Consulting Editor in 2026.
Drexler James, PhD, assistant professor in the Department of Psychology, faculty member of the Robert J. Jones Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center, and director of the Health, Intersectionality, Essentialism, & Stigma Research at the University of Minnesota.
