Laura Luepke Named CLA Outstanding Service Award Recipient
We are excited to announce that Laura Luepke is a recipient of the CLA Outstanding Service Award. This award recognizes staff who make exceptional contributions to their units and the college, consistently demonstrating high performance in their roles while exceeding their regular responsibilities.
Since joining our department in 2022, Luepke has had a tremendous impact on improving community and climate among our graduate students, with a particular focus on our inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) goals. Luepke has also improved clarity, transparency, and communication of policies and procedures that support graduate students. Additionally, she has enhanced our ability to make data-driven decisions in graduate studies and admissions. Her level of professionalism, competency, knowledge, and skill is unparalleled at the University. We feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with her on a daily basis.
