Paul Sackett and Charlene Zhang Named Wiley Award Recipients

Paul Sackett

Paul Sackett, faculty, and his former PhD advisee Charlene Zhang, research scientist at Amazon, have been named as the recipients of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's 2025 Wiley Award for Excellence in Organizational Surveys for their research on the use of planned missingness designs in survey research. The award will be presented at the Society's upcoming 2025 conference in Denver.

The award recognizes excellence and innovation in the design and implementation of organizational surveys to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
