Community of Science (COS)
Despite its name, COS includes info about sponsors in all disciplines. Includes federal, non-federal, and international sponsors.
Illinois Researcher Information Service (IRIS)
Includes the IRIS database of funding opportunities in all disciplines, the IRIS Alert Service, and the IRIS Expertise Service.
The Strategic Partnerships and Research Collaborative (SPARC): Supported by OVPR and GPSAlliance, SPARC engages researchers and practitioners across disciplines in the US and globally to establish new large-scale programs that catalyze collaboration, innovate for new discoveries, and deliver practical new solutions that address these critical challenges.

Experts@Minnesota is the research information management tool for the University of Minnesota. It uses University records and publication data harvested from Scopus to create public profiles for University of Minnesota faculty and researchers. Using Experts@Minnesota is a great place to start when looking for an advisor, co-author, and collaborators for a multi-disciplinary grant.
COVID-19 Related Research or Programming
U of M Foundation Central Corporate & Foundation Relations's Central team tracks funding announcements related to COVID-19 and is adding RFPs aligned with UMN research and programs to this list on a daily basis.
Grants.gov is a web-based single submission portal developed by the federal government. It provides a database of most federal grant opportunities. It also provides a mechanism for applying for federal programs. It is, however, a good idea to check an organization's own website as well.
