The University of Minnesota's Center for RIDGS Studies, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, and partners in the Minnesota Ethnic Studies Coalition are hosting the 2025 Ethnic Studies Pedagogies Symposium.

Date: Friday, June 13, 2025 
Time: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
 

The Ethnic Studies Pedagogies Symposium exists to provide K-12 Teachers with resources and experience in applying ethnic studies pedagogies in a variety of classroom contexts. It will be held alongside the Ethnic Studies Licensing Summit for College/University faculty and staff.

Continuing Education Units:
K-12 teachers can receive a Clock Hours Certificate attesting to six hours of attendance at a professional development activity.
