Sociology Professors Warren and Liebler are Honored at CLA's Faculty Excellence Luncheon

At the May 8th CLA Faculty Excellence Luncheon, Professor Rob Warren and Associate Professor Carolyn Liebler were honored for their scholarly and instructional work.

Sociology Professor and Minnesota Population Center (MPC) Director Rob Warren was presented with the prestigious CLA Scholar of the College award by Dean John Coleman. The Scholar of the College Award represents the high esteem in which Professor Warren is held by his faculty colleagues throughout CLA. Dr. Warren's dedication and innovation defines the very essence of scholarship.

Associate Professor Carolyn Liebler was honored with the Career Readiness Teaching Award for her outstanding commitment to her students and her always evolving teaching innovation. She is leading the way in the college and in our department with her work to elevate our students and Career Readiness by integrating the conversation in her classroom.
