Sociology Workshop Series
The Sociology Workshop Series provides a forum for faculty and students to present work and work in progress across a wide range of substantive areas, theoretical perspectives, and research methodologies.
Our workshops will be broadcast via ZOOM and will be held on Mondays from 2:30 to 3:30 PM. All attendees are required to register. Please see individual event details for instructions.

Minnesota Population Center (MPC) Events
The Minnesota Population Center hosts specialized forums, workshops, and symposia on topics related to population research. It also has a weekly seminar series bringing nationally and internationally recognized population researchers from a variety of disciplines to Minnesota to share their research.

Formerly known as the Inequality and Methods Workshop, the newly revamped MPC Workshop is held Fridays from 12:15-1:15 PM during the academic year.
Center for Holocaust & Genocide Studies
The Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies (CHGS) promotes academic research, education, and public awareness on the Shoah, other genocides, and current forms of mass violence. They host a number of events throughout the year.
