Dennis Cook and Liliana Forzani Featured in The Journal of Chemometrics

School of Statistics Professor Dennis Cook and Visiting Scholar Liliana Forzani (Universidad Nacional del Litoral) are featured on the cover of the October 2020 issue of The Journal of Chemometrics for their perspective article "Envelopes: A new chapter in partial least squares regression" (https://doi.org/10.1002/cem.3294). 

The featured article suggests that envelope methods bring statisticians and chemometricians in close alignment regarding the benefits of partial least squares (PLS) regression methodology. It is unusual for statisticians to receive such billing by a subject matter journal that is outside the mainstream of statistics.
