CLA Student Ambassadors

The CLA Student Ambassadors are a group of undergraduate student leaders who show by example what can be accomplished in the College of Liberal Arts.

Ambassadors prepare and host a variety of collegiate events and activities throughout the year. They develop skills to enhance teamwork, hone presentation skills, increase self-motivation and awareness, and build creative problem-solving strategies. Ambassadors develop professional relationships with distinguished alumni, donors, and leaders in the community, as well as prospective/enrolled students, faculty, and administrators.

CLA Student Ambassadors are chosen through a selection process that includes an application and an interview. Applications are accepted in March of each year from current College of Liberal Arts students who meet membership criteria. Interviews are granted to qualified applicants, who are selected through a competitive pre-screening review by a committee of current ambassadors and CLA staff.
