What I liked most about my internship was the supportive work environment and the learning opportunities it gave me. My supervisor and colleagues were welcoming, patient, and always willing to guide me, which made me feel respected and motivated to do my best.

How did your internship help you discern what you do or don't want to do in a future job?

This internship helped me see that I want a future job where there is open communication, feedback, and space to grow. I also learned that I enjoy roles that allow me to contribute meaningfully while continuing to develop my professional skills.

What tips would you have for future Gophers around internships?

My advice is to take every opportunity to learn, ask questions, and build connections. Even small tasks can teach you a lot, and the relationships you build during your internship can open doors for the future.
