Kevin Ziyu Liu is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. His research focuses on the political economy of the internet and digital technology, as well as the sociocultural construction of public culture and the ideology of science and technology in post-socialist China.
